Septoplasty
Septoplasty is a surgical procedure to correct a deviated nasal septum. A nasal septum is composed of bone & cartilage and it divides the nasal cavity into right and left sides.
Essential Things to do during recovery:
• Regular irrigation of the nose with normal saline water to remove all discharge and crusting
• Avoid all actions that cause strain, such as aerobics and jogging, for up to 2 weeks
• Take those medications prescribed by the surgeon
